Rowan was removed from a large herd of horses belonging to the same individual who owned the Fall City 40. She was extremely emaciated with a Body Condition Score of 1. Sadly, Rowan did not survive, but she spent a week at SAFE where she was warm, comfortable, carefully fed, and loved.
